Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. Email Detectium at info@detectium.io.
2. Use the subject "Nexus Backgammon account deletion request".
3. Include the exact username of the account you want deleted.
4. Complete any account-control verification we send in reply.

You can also open Privacy & account inside the Nexus Backgammon app and select Request account deletion.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete the account profile and associated personal information and remove it from public player and leaderboard views. Data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes is kept only for that limited purpose and de-identified where appropriate. Residual copies may remain briefly in protected backups until those backups are replaced through the normal backup cycle.
